Kids were up at the butt-crack of dawn, as per usual. Jack asks me "did Santa come yet". He has asked me this almost every day for a month now. I can't wait to say YES!!!
School ended Friday, and my children are all home with me for 2 weeks. I am really fortunate that James will be on holidays for most of those days, but today we are on our own.

I woke up with a things-to-do-list on my mind, but I'm pretty sure my gang is not going to cooperate with those plans. So, we've gone "off the rails" today.
Whip cream squirts on the waffles at breakfast? Check.
Frosty on the PVR? Check.
Venturing into the craft box before Mom has even finished her morning coffee? Check.

If you need inspiration to just "let go" this holiday, please read this woman's blog. I read it this morning during a few quiet minutes and it inspired me to ditch the list.

It's all about letting go. Really.
Breath.
Merry Christmas!
